Should you wish to return an item purchased on the online store, please contact us on vintageandvogue254@gmail.com within a week of receiving your order.  Please specify why you are returning the item and we will handle the return accordingly.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect you can return it and exchange for a replacement, we can issue a credit note that will be valid for 12 months or a full refund. We will cover the courier costs of returning items that arrive damaged or incorrect.  This item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

If an item is not what you wanted or the wrong size, you may exchange it or we can issue a credit note or refund.  The courier fee in this case is for your own account and the item must be returned within 7 days of purchase and in perfect condition for resale.

Please note that we will inspect the returned items and should we find them in unsuitable condition to be returned, it will be sent back to you.

We can’t accept damaged, marked or laundered items.

We do not offer returns on Sale Items.

Food Items, opened Lotions, Soaps, Sprays and Diffusers can’t be returned
